Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the capital of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is 29,199,784* with each share carrying the right to one vote.

There are no shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 29,199,784*.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

*does not include additional 16,199 shares issued pursuant to the acquisition announced on 1st March 2021. From 5th March 2021, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 29,215,983.
