The Board of Tracsis Plc, a leading provider of operational planning software and consultancy services to passenger transport industries is pleased to issue a trading update in advance of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 July 2010, which are expected to be published before the end of October.

Further to the announcement on 18 June 2010 the Company has delivered strong performance in software sales during the 4th quarter which was met with a consistently high demand for consultancy services. This has enabled the group to achieve continued growth against a background of substantial industry turmoil. This being the case, Tracsis anticipates it will announce full year results for turnover and profits broadly in line with market expectations.
