Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tracsis plc, a leading provider of software and services for the traffic data and transportation industry, announces that it has been informed that John McArthur, Chief Executive Officer has sold a total of 105,000 Ordinary Shares in the Group (c. 10% of his total shareholding).
The total figure comprises 85,000 Ordinary Shares that were sold on 20th February at a price of 515p and 20,000 Ordinary Shares that were sold on 21st February at an average price of 518p. Following this sale, Mr McArthur retains an interest in 957,783 Ordinary Shares representing 3.4% of the issued share capital of Tracsis.
