Notification of Director or PDMR share interest
Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") announces the following acquisitions of ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company (shares) at a price per share of 1884.85 pence each made on 31 March 2014:

These acquisitions are made in accordance with the Company's non-executive director fee structure under which from July 2013, the non-executive agrees to purchase ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company on a regular basis using part of their net monthly fee.
This notification relates to a disclosure made in accordance with DTR3.1.4R.
The Company was also notified yesterday of the sale on 1 April 2014 of 5,207 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, at a price of 1891p by Robin Proctor, a PDMR of the Company.
