Board Changes
"We confirm that as indicated previously, Gavin Slark, former CEO of the BSS Group and Roddy Murray, former Finance Director of the BSS Group have both decided to leave the business now that the acquistion is complete.
We take this opportunity to wish them both every future success and to thank them for all their hard work and support over the last six months which ensured that the acquistion process went so smoothly. The Managing Directors of the businesses of the BSS Group now report directly to John Carter, Chief Operating Officer Travis Perkins plc, who is leading the Integration programme supported by Norman Bell as Integration Director."
