Directors Dealing

Phil Cartmell, CEO, yesterday acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in Corac ("Ordinary Shares") at 21.5p each. Following this transaction Phil Cartmell holds 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company and holds options over 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.9% of the issued share capital of the Company in aggregate.

In addition, Professor Gerry Musgrave, Executive Chairman, today acquired 75,000 Ordinary Shares at 20.833p each. Following these transactions, Professor Gerry Musgrave holds 1,445,530 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.3% of the issued share capital of the Company and holds options over 2,193,334 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.3% of the issued share capital of the Company in aggregate.
