AGM statement

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the specialist services and engineering group, will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 10.30am today.

At the meeting, Andrew McCree, Non-Executive Chairman of TP Group, will make the following statement:

"I am pleased to report that TP Group has made a strong start to 2017. We have continued to see good demand for our products and services, and our business development teams continue to pursue a pipeline of potential growth opportunities.

"Order intake in the opening months was ahead of that of the prior year and the Group is trading in line with market expectations.

 "Integration of the acquired ALS Technologies Ltd. and FSS Ltd. is progressing well and new cross-selling opportunities have already materialised.

 "We also continue to capitalise on a number of organic growth opportunities that leverage our mission critical equipment and services expertise whilst continuing to evaluate targeted acquisitions which both broaden our product reach and accelerate our routes to market."
