ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Corac Group plc (AIM: CRA), the intellectual property and licensing company specialising in compressor technology, held its Annual General Meeting at 11am today and all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
As reported in the Preliminary Results announcement in April 2010, Professor Gerry Musgrave stepped down from the Board at the conclusion of today's meeting. Professor Musgrave will continue his employment with the Company in a new role with responsibility for Research & Enterprise, helping to drive the technical development of the business in the future.
