Time Finance plc, the AIM listed independent specialist finance provider, announces that it was notified on 2 July 2024 James Roberts, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 22,482 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on that same day at a price of 43.3 pence per share.
Following this transaction, James Roberts has a total beneficial interest in 637,488 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.69% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
