Timestrip PLC15 February 2007 Timestrip plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 1,177,861 ordinary shares of 0.02p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of theLondon Stock Exchange ("AIM"). The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of B warrants.These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares anddealings are expected to commence on 16 February 2007 on AIM. In addition to the above, a further application has been made for 247,211ordinary shares of 0.02p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admittedto trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM").
