Timestrip PLC10 March 2006 Timestrip plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.02p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of theLondon Stock Exchange ("AIM"). The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of placingwarrants issued at the time of the Company's flotation in February 2005.
