The Company announces that it has made an application for 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange ('AIM').

The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of 'C' warrants issued at the time of the Company's flotation in February 2005. The new Ordinary Shares pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to commence on 11 July 2008 on AIM.

Following the exercise of the 'C' warrants the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 378,078,739 Ordinary Shares.
