Crimson Tide Plc ("the Company") has been notified today of the following transactions.
Barrie Reginald John Whipp, the Company's Founder and Chairman, has gifted 58,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company to his wife, Helen Bridget Whipp. Mr Whipp has also transferred 400,000 shares into his SIPP.
Following these dealings Mr Whipp personally retains 44,820,132 ordinary shares in the Company of which 4,850,000 are in his SIPP, though his aggregate interest (including shares held by Mr Whipp and persons closely associated with him) remains unchanged at 102,820,132 ordinary shares representing 22.5% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
