Tekcapital plc (AIM: TEK), an international provider of technology and intellectual property services, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Wednesday 31 May 2017 at the offices of Charles Russell Speechly LLP, 5 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RD. The notice of AGM and a Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today and will be available later today to download from the Company's website at http://tekcapital.com/investors/announcements/. The Company's annual results for the year ended 30 November 2016 will be announced later this week and the Annual Report and Accounts will be sent to shareholders shortly thereafter.
