Dividend pay-out by Company subsidiaries, DragonFinancials and MarketFinancials
TechFinancials to receive US$1,122,000 and US$340,000 respectively
TechFinancials (AIM: TECH), a leading technology provider to financial trading brokers, today is pleased to announce that DragonFinancials, the Company's 51% owned subsidiary and operator of its B2C trading platform, focused on the Asia Pacific Region, has declared an interim dividend pay-out of US$2,200,000 in addition to the dividend pay-out of US$2,000,000 declared on 1 August 2017, payable by 20 January 2018, in respect of 2017. Out of the total current interim dividend payout of US$2,200,000, TechFinancials is expected to receive US$1,122,000 in line with its 51% holding in the subsidiary.
In addition, the Company announces that MarketFinancials, a fully owned subsidiary and a provider of market maker services to the group, has declared a dividend pay-out of US$340,000, payable by 20 January 2018, in respect of 2016.
