Tanfield Group PLC21 December 2006 Tanfield Group plc ("Tanfield" or "the Company") Tanfield has today made application for 1,282,918 ordinary shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM. The ordinary share was issued as a result of the exercise of options but due to an administrative error has not yet been admitted to trading. Admission is expected to occur on 28 December 2006. As a result of this admission the issued share capital of the Company is292,072,467 ordinary shares.
