Share Option Grants - Correction
The following amendments have been made to the 'Share Option Grants' announcement released today at 11.32 under RNS No 1259D.
The previous announcement stated incorrectly the number of options granted to two of its directors, Ian Denley and Andrew Coll, and the corrected grants are set out below.
All other details remain unchanged.

The Company announces that, pursuant to the System C Healthcare plc Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP") referred to in the admission document of the Company dated 28th June 2005, the following directors of the Company were granted options today over System C Healthcare plc ordinary shares of 1p each as detailed below:
