Exercise of Options
The Board announces that, pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the Company's Employee Share Option Plan, 127,660 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued and allotted.
Accordingly, application has been made for the 127,660 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 3 February 2010.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 115,132,786 ordinary shares.
