Director's Dealing
Daily Internet plc (AIM: DAIP), the hosting and cloud infrastructure as a service ("IaaS") provider, has been informed that on 26 August 2014 Chris Evans, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 189,035 ordinary shares into a SIPP at a price of 2.10 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Evans continues to hold, directly and indirectly, a total beneficial interest of 8,108,939 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.81 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Evans's holding is held on the Company's share register in the name of Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management Limited.
