System C Healthcare plc25 May 2006 System C Healthcare plc ("System C" or "the Company") Exercise of options Pursuant to the exercise of options, the Company has made application to theLondon Stock Exchange for 40,500 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It isexpected that Admission of the New Ordinary Shares will become effective on 30May 2006. Of the option exercises referred to above, Ian Denley, Chief Executive of SystemC, has exercised options over 30,000 New Ordinary Shares at a price of 14p pershare.
