The Directors of Sirius Minerals Plc (AIM: SXX, OTCQX: SRUXY) ("Sirius" or the "Company") were notified yesterday that Elizabeth Noel Harwerth purchased 6,296 of the Company's 0.25p ordinary shares at an average price of 18.82p each.
Following this transaction, Elizabeth Noel Harwerth has a beneficial interest in 19,857 shares.
As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 2,218,171,957 ordinary shares with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
