Its ultimate parent company, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, qualifies for disaggregation under FCA regulations. The shares of the issuer are held by investment accounts managed by OFI and through its wholly owned subsidiary, OFI Global Institutional Inc.
This notification is based on our understanding that Spectris plc has 118,532,278 total voting rights outstanding after the issuer's transactions in its own shares as part of the buyback program announced on 5 March 2018. |
