Net Asset Value at 8 March 2019

Starvest PLC (LON:SVE), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed specialist mining and resources investment business, announces a Net Asset Value update as at 8 March 2019 ahead of its AGM on 12 March 2019.

Callum Baxter, Chairman and CEO, commented: 'It is pleasing to see a sustained increase in the portfolio value and net asset value since 31 Mar 2018, which represent gains of more than 75% and 50%, respectively. Despite challenging conditions for the mining sector generally, several of our investee companies continue to deliver strong operating results to create value for shareholders. Overall, the board's outlook is positive and we look forward to meeting shareholders at tomorrow's AGM and discussing the recent positive results.'

The net asset value as at 8 March 2019 was as follows:

All valuations are based on the closing market prices or lower directors' valuation as described in the 2018 annual report. The discounts applied to close prices at 8 March 2019 totalled £212,031.
