Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting
Stride Gaming (AIM: STR), the multi-branded online gaming operator, is pleased to confirm that, further to the Company's announcements of 29 July 2016, it has today published a circular ("Circular") in connection with (i) the proposed acquisitions of 8Ball, Netboost Media and the assets of Tarco, (ii) the proposed placing of 12,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at 225 pence per share and (iii) the approval of waiver of the obligations under Rule 9 of the Takeover Code. The Circular is available on the Company's website at www.stridegaming.com.
The Circular incorporates a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "General Meeting") to be held at 9.30 a.m. on 23 August 2016 at the offices of Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP, Adelaide House, London Bridge, London, United Kingdom, EC4R 9HA.
Letters notifying Shareholders of the availability of the Circular on the Company's website, together with Forms of Proxy for use in connection with the General Meeting, have today been posted to Shareholders.
