Awards under the Company's Performance Share Plan
Stock Spirits Group PLC (the "Company") announces that options over ordinary shares in the Company have been granted to the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the rules of the Company's Performance Share Plan (the "PSP").

The terms of the awards (including the vesting period and the relative total shareholder return ("TSR") performance condition that applies to 50% of each award made under the PSP) were disclosed in the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2014.
The performance condition applying to the remaining 50% of each award made under the PSP measures the Company's fully diluted adjusted earnings per share ("EPS") performance and requires that the compound annual EPS growth for the period 2015 through to 2017 (by reference to the EPS 2014) is at least 6% up to a maximum of 12%. Subject to such minimum performance the EPS Part would vest as follows:

The grant of the options was made in London on 22 April 2015 and the normal vesting date for the options is 22 April 2018.
