Award under the Company's Deferred Annual Bonus Plan
Stock Spirits Group PLC (the "Company") announces that on 23 March 2018 an option over 13,661 ordinary shares in the Company was granted to Miroslaw Stachowicz under the Company's Deferred Annual Bonus Plan (the "DABP") in respect of the bonus earned by Mr Stachowicz for the year ended 31 December 2017.
No consideration was paid for the grant of the option.
