Staffline Recruitment Group plc02 July 2007 For immediate release 2 July 2007 STAFFLINE RECRUITMENT GROUP PLC ("Staffline" or "the Group") Half Year Trading Update Notice of Results Staffline Recruitment Group plc, a leading provider of recruitment andoutsourced HR services to industry, today issues a trading update for the sixmonths ended 30 June 2007, ahead of its interim results for the period which itexpects to announce on 3 September 2007. Growth has continued in line with plan and accordingly the Board anticipatesthat the Group's sales and profits for the half year will be in line with itsexpectations. During the half year the Group's OnSite division, which manages the temporaryrecruitment function of its clients and represents over 70% of Group turnover,has successfully won OnSites with both new and existing clients. This hasresulted in a net increase of 8 locations to a total of 75 as at 30 June 2007.The new OnSites added during the period are performing in line with or ahead ofmanagement's expectations. Our industrial branch division has continued toperform well across the entire network, whilst it also continues to incubate newOnSites. Integration of our recent acquisition, On Site Partnership ("OSP"), isprogressing ahead of initial expectations, with a number of existing OSP siteshaving been rationalised into Staffline OnSites. This has resulted in a netaddition of 12 further locations, giving Staffline a total number of 87 OnSitesas at 30 June 2007.
