Staffline Recruitment Group plc07 January 2008 For immediate release 7 January 2008 STAFFLINE RECRUITMENT GROUP PLC ("Staffline" or "the Group") Year End Trading Update Notice of Results Staffline Recruitment Group plc, a leading provider of recruitment andoutsourced HR services to industry, today issues a trading update for itsfinancial year ended 31 December 2007, ahead of its preliminary results for theperiod which it expects to announce on 3 March 2008. The Group has had another successful year, having made good progress across allparts of the business in the second half and, in particular, with the continuedgrowth of its outsourced services division ("OnSite"). During the year the Group's OnSite division, which represents over 70% of Groupturnover, has continued to win OnSites with both new and existing clientsresulting in an increase of 28 locations to 99 in total as at 31 December 2007.This increase includes 12 sites acquired with On Site Partnership ("OSP") inMarch 2007 which have been fully integrated into Staffline's operations. All ofthe new OnSites added during the year are performing in line with expectations. The industrial branch division has performed well across the network. It hassignificantly increased its client base whilst introducing new clientrelationships through which to grow our OnSite business. Techsearch has also made good progress during the year driven by demand forpermanent positions from well qualified candidates and the permanent recruitmentoffering of OSP has traded well as part of the Group. In light of the above we are, therefore, confident that the Group will performin line with management's expectations for the year ended 31 December 2007.
