("Staffline", the "Company" or the "Group")
EBT Share Purchase
The Company was notified by the trustees of The Staffline Group plc Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") that the EBT had purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 2 August 2022 at an average price of 41.98 pence per share.
Shares held in the EBT are intended to be used to satisfy awards made under the Staffline employee share schemes. The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of Staffline Group plc and its subsidiaries. The Executive Directors and PDMRs of Staffline Group plc are included in the class of beneficiaries of the EBT and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof.
Following this transaction, a total of 1,014,511 ordinary shares, representing 0.61 per cent of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
