Dividend Declaration
Staffline Group plc ("Staffline" or "the Group"),Β a leading provider of recruitment and outsourced HR services to industry,Β todayΒ is pleased to announce an interim dividend ofΒ Β 1.4 penceΒ per ordinary share following the release of its interim results for the six months ending 30 June 2009.

The dividend will be payableΒ onΒ 18 NovemberΒ 2009Β to those shareholders on the Company's register as at the record date ofΒ 23Β OctoberΒ 2009. The ex-dividend dateΒ isΒ 21 October 2009.
