Dividend Declaration

Staffline Group plc ("Staffline" or "the Group"), a leading provider of recruitment and outsourced HR services to industry, today is pleased to announce an interim dividend of  1.4 pence per ordinary share following the release of its interim results for the six months ending 30 June 2009.

The dividend will be payable on 18 November 2009 to those shareholders on the Company's register as at the record date of 23 October 2009. The ex-dividend date is 21 October 2009.
