Director/PDMR Shareholding

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 18 October 2024 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, has sold 27,123 Ordinary Shares at £0.2584 per Ordinary Share, due to a change of strategy by an underlying client. 

Therefore, the notifiable interest of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has fallen to 35,803,659 Ordinary Shares, representing 25.16% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
