Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment group, has been notified that on 19 November 2025 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, sold and purchased 18,500 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £0.452 per Ordinary Share.
Therefore, the notifiable interest of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited remains 34,972,456 Ordinary Shares. As a result of this transaction, there is no change in overall ownership of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, which represents 28.25% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
