Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that between 12 and 13 April 2023, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, sold 189,612 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume weighted average price of £0.374 per Ordinary Share and repurchased 189,612 Ordinary Shares at a volume weighted average price of £0.375 per Ordinary Share due to adjustments in individual client portfolios.
The Company has also been notified that on 13 April 2023, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited purchased 800,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.381 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting notifiable interest in 31,347,306 Ordinary Shares.
