Director/PDMR Shareholding

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 16 February 2023, Daniel Quint, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35.5p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Daniel Quint, has a resulting notifiable interest in 449,077 Ordinary Shares.
