Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that it was notified that on 10 August 2022, Martina McKenzie, MD, Recruitment Ireland, purchased 215,543 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 41.132p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Martina McKenzie, has a resulting notifiable interest in 485,073 Ordinary Shares.
