Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 11 July 2023, a non-discretionary underlying private client of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, sold 53,074 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 27.1p per Ordinary Share due to adjustments in individual client portfolios. These Ordinary Shares are therefore now outside of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited's notifiable interest.
Following the above transaction, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting notifiable interest in 32,289,511 Ordinary Shares.
