Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment group, has been notified that on 26 February 2025 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, has soldΒ and repurchased 46,400 Ordinary SharesΒ at Β£0.317 per Ordinary Share, due to adjustments in individual client portfolios.Β
Therefore, the notifiable interest of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited remains unchanged at 34,247,816 Ordinary Shares,Β representing 24.06% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
