Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment group, has been notified that on 26 February 2025 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, has sold and repurchased 46,400 Ordinary Shares at £0.317 per Ordinary Share, due to adjustments in individual client portfolios.
Therefore, the notifiable interest of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited remains unchanged at 34,247,816 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.06% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
