Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 14 October 2022, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, sold and repurchased 17,323 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 36.45p per Ordinary Share and sold and repurchased 39,520 Ordinary Shares in the Company shares at 37.25p per Ordinary Share, due to adjustments in individual client portfolios.
Following the Purchase, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting [unchanged] notifiable interest in 28,659,478 Ordinary Shares.
