Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment group, announces that it was notified that on 12 December 2025, Frank Atkinson, MD, Recruitment GB sold 42,056 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.45 per Ordinary Share. The shares sold by Mr Atkinson resulted from the Staffline Save As You Earn 2022 scheme, which matured on 1 December 2025.
Following the sale, Frank Atkinson has a resulting notifiable interest in 187,313 Ordinary Shares.
