Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 28 October 2022, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, purchased 52,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 37.0p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting notifiable interest in 28,711,478 Ordinary Shares.
