Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment group, has been notified that on 29 May 2025 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, sold and purchased 119,521 Ordinary Shares at at an average price of £0.399 per Ordinary Share.
Therefore, the notifiable interest of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited remains 34,980,936 Ordinary Shares, representing 27.58% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
