Carole Harvey, aged 44, has over 20 years of financial, marketing and commercialexperience gained in a number of senior management roles. In her most recentposition as Commercial Director of Boots Wellbeing Services, Carole led thegrowth and transformation of the Dentistry business, restoring it to breakeven.She was previously General Manager at Halfords, where the reviews andinitiatives she led contributed to securing a substantial increase inprofitability, despite a declining market. She formerly held the positions ofHead of Marketing Development and Planning, and Commercial Finance Manager, atBoots. Carole has an MBA from Nottingham University and is a member of the CharteredInstitute of Management Accountants (ACMA). Carole Anne Harvey (maiden name, Edwards) is also currently a director of:Nottingham Park Estate Ltd, Nous Consulting Ltd, Innovative Business Finance Ltdand Natural House Products Ltd.
