Board Update

Staffline, the national recruitment and outsourcing organisation providing people and operational expertise to industry, today announces the following Board update.

Further to the previous announcement at the time of the Preliminary Results of Nick Keegan's intention to resign from his role as Non-Executive Director at the 2014 AGM. Staffline is pleased to announce Nick has decided to remain a Non-Executive Director for a further six months from the date of the AGM.

The also previously announced process of recruiting two further Independent Directors is currently on-going and further updates will be made as appropriate.
