Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 3,745 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been issued in respect of the exercise of options pursuant to an employee share option scheme.
Admission to AIM is expected to become effective on 29 November 2010 and following this, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 22,641,788.
