Acquisition
Staffline, a leading provider of outsourced HR services to industry, announces the acquisition of the trade and assets of DKM Labour Solutions, a Nottingham-based provider of recruitment solutions across the UK, from the joint administrators in a pre pack deal.
The acquisition is in line with Staffline's business strategy of making selective acquisitions to broaden its revenue streams, thereby strengthening its position as a provider of value added business services in the human resource arena.
DKM Labour has an excellent reputation for providing trained labour to the food processing sector across the UK. It is based in Nottingham and has 26 employees. The Directors believe that DKM's business model and customer base is highly complementary to Staffline in particular in the resilient food processing sector.
Commenting, Andy Hogarth, Staffline's Chairman and Chief Executive, said:
"We have had a strong start to trading in the year in our core business and are benefitting from the OnSites opened during 2009. In addition to organic growth, we continue to look for similar acquisition opportunities, both companies in financial difficulty and those trading successfully, in order to enhance shareholder value."

About Staffline

It provides a fully outsourced service, managing the temporary recruitment function of its clients on their premises, at 119 OnSite locations nationwide and also has a network of 13 industrial branches.
