CUE PROJECT UPDATE

Sunrise Resources plc ("Sunrise" or "the Company"), the AIM-quoted diversified mineral exploration and development specialist, is pleased to advise that it has now completed its first drill programme at the Cue diamond project in Western Australia.

Ten reverse circulation drill holes were completed for a total of 642m of drilling. Five holes were drilled to sample the Cue 1 kimberlite and five holes tested various geological and geochemical targets.

The programme was successful in obtaining multiple drill intersections of the Cue 1 kimberlite in fresh rock below the zone of weathering.

Drill samples have been submitted for geochemical analysis and kimberlite samples will now be submitted for petrological evaluation and diamond evaluation.
