TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

London, UK, 1 September 2025: Spirent Communications plc ("the Company") (LSE: SPT), the leading provider of automated test and assurance solutions for next-generation devices and networks, would like to notify the market in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the following information as at the prior month end:

The Company's issued share capital consisted of 581,149,370 Ordinary Shares of 3 & 1/3 pence each with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 581,149,370.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
