This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
The Company announces that the following completion of the equity issue detailed in the Prospectus issued by the Company on 7th November 2011 (the "Prospectus") the Company was notified on 30th November 2011 that on 1st December 2011 the following Directors of Superglass would acquire ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company at a price of 20 pence per share as set out below:
